Words of Wisdom I Heard Somewhere

-Everyone wants to live in a perfect world, what are you willing to do to make it a better one?

-I take very few people seriously, and I’m not one of them.

-Patience is a virtue, but stubbornness is a gift.

-The world is made up of people in charge who think they can get away with anything.  It’s the duty of the rest of us to remind them they can’t.

-“Chocolate lie”:  An untruth whose only redeeming quality is that it melts in one’s mouth.

-It’s not the lessons in life that are important, it’s how you interpret them.

-A fool is a person who, when forced into a situation with only one way out, meekly takes it.

-Idiocy has its own intelligence.

-We all need help, the wise among us ask for it while the fools reject it when they are offered.

-Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. Robert Hanlon via Marilyn Armstrong

-Three evidences of God’s existence:  My situation and his sense of irony, the fragile beauty of a young woman’s body, and Marina’s existence.
